We are proud to be a fear free grooming establishment that caters to the needs of each individual pet. Both Cats and Dogs!
Yes we are accepting new clients but have certain restrictions currently in place as we have somewhat changed our grooming model.
We are accepting new dog clients and cat client based on your needs.
We now have implemented an interview process with each family to ensure we are a good fit for you and you are a good fit for us.
The impotance of us being the right fit as your groomer is to make sure your pet is in the right hands and we want to make sure we are a right fit for you and you for us. Some clients are with the wrong groomer and some groomers are with the wrong clients. We just want to make sure we are a good fit before moving forward because that what is best for any pet!
We run our business like family! We are not a regular grooming shop by any means.
We specialize in Cats by providing them with a loving safe dog free enviorment when we book their grooming appointments. We have decidcated our cat grooming to Sundays and are available for evening appointments
We are happy to work with peoples schedules for cat grooming and do evening grooms at an extra fee.
We are a low volume shop by choice. This gives us the time to get to know our families and build long lasting relationships with them and their pets. We are one of the only low volume shops that exisits in our area and we are very proud of it.
Cat grooming important information!
We realize our cat grooming prices may be higher than many shops and we make no excuses for that. Please understand that we are experts in cats and have the expereince and knowledge that makes our cats experience at our shop the very best of the best.
We make sure our cats clients are not being overwhelmed by dogs and barking and often come in snd set appointments after hours or works Sundays to accommodate our cat friends and families. We also only do a 2 person groom. Which means my hubby is holding and loving you cat while I'm grooming. This means that your cat won't be as likely to be stressed out and will feel safe. Way to often we here the nightmare of what happens with only one person doing a cat. It literally increases the risk of injury to the cat and the groomer. So again we really make it all about our cats when they need to be seen and provide the most loving calm experience for them possible. When people choose us it's because they know that their cats are taken care of emotionally physically and mentally while they are in our care.Quotes for grooming are given over the phone but are an estimte only! There may be a change in price if your cat or dog is mattted etc. But that will be dicusssed during the interview process when applying to be one of our clinets. Appointments after 4pm are considered evening Evening appointments for any pet is an extra 50.00 fee added to your service

How to schedule with us:
Booking appointments and priority booking form can be filled out below ( scroll down the page) and you will get a faster response than calling!.
Hours of Operation:
800 am to 4 pm Tuesday through Sunday
4pm to 8 pm Evening appointments are available ( ANYTHING AFTER 4 PM) for a 50.00 extra fee on to top of serive fee for dogs or cats.

No walkins we are by appointment only
Sundays are for cat grooming only! No dog grooming on sundays
NO AGGRESSIVE PETS!! Unless they are medicated by meds from a vet
We NO LONGER ACCEPT ANY AGGRESIVE PETS meaning cats or dogs unless they are medicated we will work with your vet if needed to get proper dosing for sedation on cats
After 2 aggresive and severe bite wounds in 2020 we no longer can take the risk of ending back at the hospital
We are a fear free shop and do not muzzle the pets we service
If we feel we have to muzzle your pet we will record your pets behavior and it to show you and the groom stops immediately! We will not stress a pet out over a groom.You will need to come get your baby immediately
You will also be charged a agressive pet 50.00 fee that is payable at time of pickup
This applies to cats and dogs.
Matted fur on your pets
Please don't be embarrassed it can happen and we understand that.
There will be a matting fee added to your bill if you let is matted. This requires more time and care so that your pet is safe
While we are very sympathetic to individual circumstances and know this can happen we firmly stand our ground on dematting procedures.
We will not under any circumstances dematt a dog if will cause the dog any pain. Example of that is trying to brush out dread locks on a human can you imagine?
We will require your dog be shaved if we can not get a comb through the matting or brush. We will make sure we help you learn how to maintain the cost with the right tools and get you in a grooming schedule.
But we will under no circumstances hurt any animal in our shop.
We will let you know all of this at the time you sign in and we evaluate your pet. We do not just shave pets down without owner permission. Without your permission we will just decline service if we feel this is in the best interest of your pet.
We will do a consultation on each pet and let you know what we can and can't do in regards to matted pets.
So please take that into consideration when booking with us.
Also remember it's hair it grows back!
You do not want your dog to have a painful experience at any grooming shop. They will never want to go back.
Always keep in mind what's best for your pet! Our promise to all our families is that we do what's best for your fur kids in all circumstances and we do that with you being part of the process.
Do not miss your appointment
We have a very strict no show policy! If you are a no show for your appointmenyou will be fired as a client. Its that simple.
Do not be late be on time for drop off and pick up Anyone more than 1 hour late picking up will be charged a 50.00 late fee
